In its session today, the Council of the Xunta de Galicia has authorised the signing of the collaboration agreement between the public entity Augas de Galicia and the Ministry of Science and Innovation. This agreement regulates the conditions of the aid granted for the project Innovaugas 4.0 – Advanced Management of Galician Water Resources, promoted by the entity under the Regional Ministry of Infrastructure and Mobility of the Xunta de Galicia.
Innovaugas 4.0 has a total eligible budget of €7 million, of which €4,200,000 will be provided by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the Spanish Multi-Regional Operational Programme (MOP) 2014-2020; €700,000 will be provided by the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN) and €2,100,000 by Augas de Galicia.
The Innovaugas 4.0 project is in the interview phase of the Preliminary Market Consultation. Specifically, a total of 196 proposals were received at the PMC, which opened on 6th May with a virtual launch day attended by more than 350 participants, most of whom were representatives of companies, technology centres and universities from Spain and abroad. This is a reflection of the project’s excellent reception among the interested parties, both at national and international level.
